Huntsville State Park sits in the East Texas Pineywoods with 210-acre Lake Raven. The park has 21 miles of trails, a Nature Center, and is home to alligators and diverse wildlife including white-tailed deer, opossum, raccoon, eastern gray squirrel, and around 250 bird species.
Built by the Civilian Conservation Corps, facilities include group recreation hall and boat house.
